- ➤ Amtrak is scheduled to serve Christiansburg by 2027—preliminary construction is underway at the old Cambria train station. The new stop will connect New River Valley residents to cities like Roanoke, Richmond and major East Coast destinations and is expected to boost local businesses. WSLS 10
- ➤ VDOT issued traffic recommendations for race fans driving to Martinsville Speedway from March 28 to March 30 as heavy traffic is expected.
